Arbitration Services

From 01 July 2007 all FCC Arbitrations will be carried in accordance with English Law and procedure under the Arbitration and Appeal Rules 31-38. However, Parties will continue to have a choice of language (English or French) in which to submit arbitration documentation and have awards written. Unless the choice of arbitration language is clearly indicated in the contract, proceedings will automatically be conducted in the English language.

The FCC Arbitration and Appeal Panel is published and reviewed periodically by the Council. Training courses for prospective Arbitrators drawn from the Voting Membership are provided by the Federation.
