The Warehouse Registration Service (WRS) is our new service designed to enhance transparency and risk assessment for cocoa bean and cocoa product storage. With an annual inspection process, WRS identifies and assesses warehouse facilities worldwide, ensuring safer and more efficient cocoa storage.

How It Works
- Become an FCC Member – Registration is open to all eligible participants.
- Request an Inspection – Warehousekeepers can apply for an inspection to qualify for WRS registration.
- Training & Standards – Supervisors can enroll in WRS training courses to become FCC-approved inspectors.
- Access Inspection Criteria – Members can review inspection forms and provide feedback on evaluation standards.
What To Expect
- Planned on-site warehouse visit - A structured inspection covering external areas, internal storage spaces, and operational conditions.
- Verification of warehouse information - Pre-submitted static data is checked against actual conditions observed on site.
- Assessment of storage, hygiene, and risk controls - Focus on cocoa storage conditions, pest management, fire safety, and contamination risks.
- Clear, factual inspection outcomes - Findings are recorded objectively and issued in a formal inspection report.
