Online Module - Formation of Contract

The Federation of Cocoa Commerce (FCC) offers nine online learning modules for cocoa industry professionals, covering topics from contract formation and quality assessment to pesticides and contaminants. Each module includes an assessment and provides an FCC-accredited certificate upon completion.

By completing this module, learners will be able to:

Assess counterparty risk
Agree a contract of sale for cocoa products
Complete a Short Form Contract for CP3 (“SFC”)

This module provides practical, step-by-step guidance on how to complete a Short Form Contract.

It is recommended for all traders, exporters, logistics professionals, and contract managers involved in the cocoa supply chain.

How to Register

To register for an FCC online Module, you must complete the online registration form and select the name of the module you wish to complete from the list.

Upon receiving your registration form, the FCC will be in touch within three working days to issue an invoice in respect of the module fee.

Once payment is received, access to the module will be given for a period of eight weeks, in which time you must ensure to complete the module and the module assessment in order to receive the electronic certificate.

The eight-week period of access will begin from the date you are given your login details from the FCC.
