Pesticides and Contaminants: Contaminants

This module will look at the primary contaminants of concern in cocoa beans and cocoa products:

• Cadmium
• Ochratoxin A (OTA)
• PAH
• MOSH/MOAH

Who should take these modules? 

These modules would be beneficial for: Junior Traders, beginning their careers in the Cocoa Industry Cocoa Traders wanting to refresh and update their knowledge Employees in the Cocoa Industry

How to Register

To register for an FCC online Module, you must complete the online registration form and select the name of the module you wish to complete from the list.

Upon receiving your registration form, the FCC will be in touch within three working days to issue an invoice in respect of the module fee.

Once payment is received, access to the module will be given for a period of eight weeks, in which time you must ensure to complete the module and the module assessment in order to receive the electronic certificate.

The eight-week period of access will begin from the date you are given your login details from the FCC.

• Pesticides & Pesticide Residues and Contaminants = GBP 150 + VAT (if applicable) each
• Sampling module only = GBP 75 + VAT (if applicable)

Non-members:

• Pesticides & Pesticide Residues, Contaminants and Sampling modules = GBP 450 + VAT (if applicable)
• Pesticides & Pesticide Residues and Contaminants = GBP 225 + VAT (if applicable) each
• Sampling module only = GBP 125 + VAT (if applicable)
