Superintendents Code of Practice

This Code of Practice sets out the detailed functions and operational practices to be adhered to by FCC Member Superintendents in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities to their Principals in the trade in cocoa beans and cocoa products in accordance with the FCC Contract Rules for Cocoa Beans, the FCC Contract Rules for Cocoa Products, the FCC Quality Rules, the FCC Sampling Rules and the FCC Weighing Rules.
